Blood Drive Ongoing for Retired NOPD Officer

A blood drive is being held today and tomorrow (March 16-17, 2022) for Retired NOPD Officer David Waguespack, a 30-plus year veteran of the department who currently works as a civilian with the Mounted Division. David is currently hospitalized, and blood donations are urgently needed to assist in his recovery.
