The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Gwendolyn Carter (pictured, black female, DOB; 04-02-1984) in the investigation of an aggravated assault and theft incident that occurred on October 1, 2022, in the 4800 block of Chef Menteur Highway.
The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating three suspects believed to be responsible for several vehicle burglaries in the Eighth District that occurred between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on October 9, 2022.
