The NOPD Homicide Unit is seeking assistance in locating Kyron Williams (DOB: 05-09-1990) for second degree murder in connection with the homicide of Desmone Jerome that occurred on April 27, 2017 in the 9200 block of Airline Highway.
About 11:14 p.m., Third District officers responded to a call of a male shot in the area. Upon arrival, officers discovered an unresponsive 27 year-old man lying face up on the ground in a gas station pumping area, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, later identified as Jerome, was pronounced dead at the scene.
