NOPD Seeking Vehicle & Suspect in Aggravated Assault

NOPD Seeking Vehicle & Suspect in Aggravated Assault

The NOPD is seeking to locate a vehicle used in an aggravated assault by shooting that occurred in the First District.

On October 8, 2023, the driver of a dark-colored SUV fired two shots at the victim's vehicle in the 3800 block of Tulane Avenue.

The victim sustained minor injuries from broken glass.

The suspect vehicle (pictured), is described as a Nissan Armada, possibly dark blue with stickers on the rear windshield.  It was last seen headed westbound on Norman C. Francis Parkway towards uptown.

The suspect is described as a heavy-set black female between the ages of 25-35 years  with black curly hair.  She wore her hair down on the day of the incident and was wearing a bright yellow/gold dress and was armed with a black firearm.
