The NOPD is investigating a simple battery incident that occurred on October 2, 2023, in the 900 block of North Peters Street.
At approximately 11:47 a.m., the photographed subject allegedly approached the victim and enquired about the victim’s shoes before reportedly battering the victim. The suspect then fled the area while brandishing a pocketknife.
