The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a suspect who is wanted in connection with a simple robbery incident that occurred around 6:18 p.m. on October 27, 2019.
The reporting person told police that he was standing near the intersection of Dauphine and Iberville streets when he was approached by the pictured subject who snatched his backpack and fled the scene.
The subject is described as a black male, approximately 5’7” tall, thin build with short hair and a clean cut beard. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt.
