NOPD Seeking Suspect in Fourth District Vehicle Theft

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a suspect in the investigation of a vehicle theft that occurred on October 9, 2019.

At approximately 12:24 p.m., the pictured unknown male subject was observed entering a business located in the 2600 block of General De Gaulle Drive. As the subject exited the business, the victim parked his red 2004 Mazda Tribute in front of the business, leaving the vehicle unlocked and the keys in the ignition when they entered into the business. The unknown subject then entered the victim's unoccupied vehicle and drove away in an unknown direction.

The wanted subject is described as a white male with numerous tattoos on his arms and hands.
