The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating the perpetrator of a business burglary that occurred on November 3, 2023, in the 800 block of Howard Avenue.
A about 3:00 a.m., the pictured unknown black male was seen shattering a glass window on the rear door of a business to gain entry. The subject then removed cash and a bottle of liquor before feeling the scene. The subject was wearing all black clothing and had a white shirt wrapped around his head.
