The NOPD is seeking the public's help locating five specialty sculptured tricycles.
On November 5, 2023, early in the morning, five tricycles were stolen from a garage in the 3700 block of Dauphine Street.
These unique tricycles are used for Mardi Gras Parades and stored at the location.
Most of the tricycles were damaged, and the sculptures were removed. The Seahorse Tricycle is believed to be still intact and should be readily identifiable.
