NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating Ernest Cloud (DOB: 10/14/1994). He is wanted for robbery, assault and criminal damage to property.
On November 23, 2016, the victim reported that Cloud chased her to a store in the 1900 block of Newton Street and used his vehicle to block her vehicle from leaving, causing damage to the victim’s vehicle. Cloud then exited his vehicle and a verbal argument ensued between the two. As the victim called the police, Cloud snatched the victim’s cell phone from her hands and threatened to kill her. He then fled the scene.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Cloud for simple robbery, assault, and criminal damage to property. A photo of Ernest Cloud is included.
