The NOPD is seeking information that will help to locate or identify two individuals caught on surveillance video in the commission of a theft in the 5800 block of Elysian Fields Avenue on May 22, 2017.
At about 10:45 p.m., two individuals were captured on surveillance video taking outdoor patio furniture from the front porch of a residence in the area.
