The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify an individual seen on surveillance video in the commission of a shoplifting at the Rite-Aid pharmacy on 760 Harrison Avenue on May 19, 2017.
At about 4:47 p.m., the pictured male was seen entering the store and making his way to the liquor aisle. He is then seen placing several bottles of liquor into a backpack and leaving the scene without paying for the items.
