The NOPD is searching for two girls reported missing from their foster home located in the Seventh District.
The reporting person told police she observed the two girls, Brianna Becnel (DOB: 9-12-2002) and Halley Powell (DOB: 6-12-2002), outside their home on May 25, 2017 at approximately 9:30 a.m. The girls did not come inside and has not been seen or heard from since.
Brianna Becnel is described as being a white female, 5’0” tall and weighing 195 pounds.
Halley Powell is described as being a white female, 5’5” tall and weighing 260 pounds.
