Eighth District officers are looking for a missing man.
On May 20, 2017, at about 4:30 p.m., Ruiyang Zou (DOB: 1/19/1994) was last seen by his father at the Fahy’s Irish Pub located in the 500 block of Burgundy Street. However, Zou left the location and never returned.
Zou is described as being an Asian male, 5’8’’, weighing about 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green T-shirt, grey pants with white slip on shoes. Zou suffers from a mental disorder and is currently off of his medication.
