The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a person reported as missing.
The reporting person stated she last observed her son, Delvin Johnson (DOB: 07-30-1989), at her residence in the 2300 block of Magic Street on the evening of March 13. The mother advised that her son usually will contact her every few days, while adding that Johnson is currently using a wheelchair due to an injury. She further advised her son may currently have longer hair and a beard.
