Fourth District officer James Caire and Fifth District Sgt. Gregory Johnson were featured on CNN’s special segment Beyond the Call of Duty today for their work as NOPD officers and volunteers at McDonough 35 High School.

Both officers, who are also brothers, have volunteered their time after school teaching students who play percussion instruments and participate on the color guard team. The segment features a number of students that both officers have worked closely with over the last few years. The segment aired at 7 a.m. and will air again at 2 p.m. on CNN.
