The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating Don Adams (DOB:08/28/85) and Dana Francois-Carter (DOB: 09/05/79) for a theft incident that occurred on May 31, 2018.
At approximately 5:20 p.m., surveillance cameras captured the above-pictured subjects entering a business in the 1600 block of Newton Street. Carter was then seen walking to the electronics aisle of the business and removing a television from the shelf. She was then seen removing the sale price stickers from the television and brought it to the front counter to pawn it.
Adams then pawned the TV for $175 using his identification card.
