New Orleans - The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Kalil DeSilva (pictured, DOB:2-28-00) who was reported as missing on July 4, 2020.
On July 4th, DeSilva got into a verbal altercation with an acquaintance in the 8500 block of Chef Menteur Highway. After the argument, she was seen cutting her wrist before leaving the location in an unknown direction. DeSilva’s relatives believe she is suicidal and may possibly harm herself.
