The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating two subjects believed to be responsible for a theft incident in the 300 block of Loyola Avenue on July 4, 2018.
At about 5 a.m., the victim brought the female subject pictured above back to his hotel room. While inside of the room, the pictured unknown black male joined them. The unknown male and female then allegedly stole currency and a debit card from the victim and fled the scene.
