NOPD Seeking Suspect in Burglary on Aurora Drive

The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in providing information that can help identify and locate a suspect seen on surveillance video in a burglary in the 1200 block of Aurora Drive on June 27, 2017.

At about 5:30 a.m. on June 29, the victim entered her stand-alone garage to find that her garage doors had been left open and her burgundy 2000 Schwinn hybrid mountain bicycle was missing. In reviewing surveillance camera footage, the victim observed an unknown black male enter the garage and take the bicycle before riding away from the scene.

The subject is described as a black male with a thin build and short black hair with a brown complexion. The subject was seen wearing a black t-shirt, light colored blue jeans and gray Nike brand tennis shoes with a red Nike logo.
