NOPD Searching for Subject Wanted for First-Degree Rape

The NOPD is searching for a subject wanted in connection with the first-degree rape of a juvenile.

 

Donald Steele (B/M, DOB: 02/25/1991) was accused on December 18, 2017 of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl for over a period of three years.

 

All incidents took place inside a home in the 2400 block of St. Andrew Street.

 

During the course of the investigation, Detective Toni Goodwin was able to obtain an arrest warrant for first-degree rape.
