New Orleans - The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Devin Burgard (pictured, DOB: 12/5/1992) who was reported as missing today (December 7, 2020).
Burgard was last seen on November 4, 2020 around 3:30 p.m. leaving the Esplanade Apartments. Burgard was reportedly going to visit family in San Francisco, California, however she never arrived.
Burgard is described as a thin white female with an olive complexion. She has long dark brown hair and was last seen wearing all black clothing. She also has a tattoo of the pictured symbol on one of her arms.
