The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying a female suspect seen on surveillance video snatching a victim’s cell phone on St. Charles Avenue and fleeing on foot.

The above video footage is from a property snatching that occurred on November 20, 2017 at about 7:39 p.m. in the 2100 block of St. Charles Avenue. Seven to ten subjects can be seen walking in the area before the suspect approaches the victim.
