NOPD Releases Images of Subjects, Vehicle Sought in Third District Shooting

The NOPD is seeking information from the public to aid in locating and identifying two subjects seen on surveillance video and believed to be responsible for a shooting incident that occurred on December 28, 2017 at the intersection of St. Anthony Avenue and Abundance Street.

Just before 8 a.m., surveillance video in the area captured images of two unknown subjects exiting a small silver SUV at the intersection of St. Anthony Avenue and Abundance Street. The subjects were then seen to be waiting for the victims to enter their vehicle that was parked in the 2900 block of St. Anthony Avenue, before the victims traveled north on St. Anthony Avenue toward Abundance Street. Once the vehicle arrived at the intersection, the subjects allegedly opened fire, striking the victims in the vehicle.

Images included with this release depict the silver SUV and the two subjects sought in connection with this incident.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Third District detectives at 504-658-6030. Citizens with information that can help solve crimes are asked to call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111 or toll-free at 1-877-903-STOP.
