UPDATED: Suspect Arrested in Aggravated Battery, Assault on Forstall

NOPD has arrested Destny Douglas in connection with an aggravated battery and assault.

NOPD is searching for a suspect wanted in connection with an aggravated battery and assault.

 

The victim reported that on August 11, 2017, at approximately 6 p.m. Destiny Douglas (DOB: 8/13/1996) and an unknown driver arrived in the 2100 block of Forstall in a vehicle. Douglas reportedly began to verbally argue with several subjects. She then armed herself with a shovel and threatened to smash the windows out the victims’ vehicles if they did not give her the money she was requesting.

 

The verbal altercation continued and the unknown driver of the vehicle told Douglas to get in the car. After Douglas got into the vehicle and the driver put the vehicle in reverse and struck the victim. Douglas has been positively identified as the passenger in the vehicle.
