The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify an individual seen on surveillance video burglarizing vehicles in the Fourth District on August 17, 2017.
At about 2:30 p.m., an unknown subject was observed on surveillance cameras pulling on car door handles and entering a vehicle in the 10 block of Eagle Point Lane. An additional burglary was also reported in the 0 block of Eagle Point Lane, where a firearm was reported stolen from a vehicle, along with other items.
