The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Jean Rapp (DOB: 04-09-1979) in connection with an armed robbery that occurred in the 5700 block of Norland Avenue on March 30, 2018.
At about 2:00 a.m., the victim and Rapp were reportedly engaged in a verbal argument about their relationship. During the argument, Rapp allegedly demanded money from the victim. When the victim refused, Rapp reportedly produced a handgun and demanded the money, to which the victim complied, before Rapp fled the scene.
