The NOPD is looking for a juvenile that was reported missing.
Cesia Lopez ( DOB: 9-1-2003) was reported missing by her stepfather from 3800 block of Third Street. The reporting person told police on Saturday (April 22) Lopez was last seen leaving the location this morning without informing anyone on where she was going and has not returned home. The reporting person told police Lopez has ran away in the past. Lopez was last seen wearing an orange dress with a zipper on the front and gold sandals.
