The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a person reported as missing on April 19, 2017.
Joseph Consonery (DOB: 10-13-1994) was last seen on April 17, 2017 at about 5 p.m. Consonery reportedly left his girlfriend’s residence in the 4800 block of Touro Street to go to an unknown location and never returned. Consonery’s mother attempted to contact him via phone, but has not been able to reach him.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Joseph Consonery is asked to contact Fifth District detectives at 504-658-6050.
