The NOPD has arrested Freddie Smooth (pictured, B/M, DOB: 12/30/1990) in the investigation of a homicide on Nov. 27 in the 6200 block of Vermillion Boulevard. a subject wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred in the Third District. Smooth was arrested after a vehicle pursuit that eminated from St. Tammany Parish.
